I saw this posted on another website last week and thought it was so applicable to the Bok Fu Do warrior mindset! They are definitely words to live by!
BOK FU FITNESS
Warm Up:
Inchworms up mat
Straight leg kicks down mat
10 hand release push ups
Drop stance, hardbow, crane up mat
Advanced reverse straight leg kicks down mat
10 Horse stance squats
Hardbow/broken bow lunges up mat
Bear crawls down mat
10 V Ups
Workout:
4 Rounds for time:
25 sit ups with cross punches
50 wheel kick balance (25 each leg)
75 double unders (or single jump and tuck jump)
100 speed punches
Warm Down:
5 minutes partner stretching
