Kung Fu & Martial Arts in Alamo

At East West Kung Fu in Alamo, we teach Bok Fu Do — the "White Tiger" system founded in 1967. Whether you are signing up your child for their first class or returning to training as an adult, our Alamo school is a welcoming place to build strength, confidence, and character.

Our Alamo location proudly serves students from Alamo, Danville, and Walnut Creek.

Programs We Offer

Youth Kung Fu (Ages 4–17)

A structured, encouraging program that helps children develop focus, discipline, coordination, and respect — all while having fun. Classes are grounded in the Four Virtues of Bok Fu Do: Wisdom, Courage, Honesty, and Kindness.

Adult Kung Fu (Ages 18+)

A complete martial art and a great workout. Adults train in striking, self-defense, footwork, conditioning, and traditional techniques drawn from Chinese Kenpo, Jujitsu, Karate, boxing, and more — at a pace that fits any fitness level.

Tai Chi

A low-impact practice for balance, focus, stress relief, and lifelong wellness. Ideal for students of all ages looking for a calmer, restorative form of movement.
