Congratulations to all of our top gun trainees that tested this week. We have seen a ton of improvement from the testing last month. Keep up the good work and we're looking forward to seeing everyone at the tournament next weekend! here is a picture of two of our happy new green belts that passed during testing on wednesday at our san ramon class. Great job Mr. Johe and Ms. Iyer!
What makes a hero? this is a fantastic video about the journey to becoming a hero and the events that happen along the way. Itt is a beautiful parallel to our journey in bok fu do! think about what stage of the process you are in and what the steps are that you have taken and will need to take to become a “hero”.
