What styles of Kung Fu are taught at East West Kung Fu School?

We offer a range of traditional Chinese martial arts styles, including Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Wing Chun, and Wushu. Each style emphasizes different techniques and philosophies, allowing students to find a style that best fits their interests and fitness goals.

Do I need any prior martial arts experience to join classes?

No prior experience is required! Our classes are designed to accommodate all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors will guide you through each step, ensuring that you progress at a comfortable pace.

What age groups do you accept for Kung Fu training?

We have classes available for children as young as 5 years old up to adults of any age. Our classes are tailored for different age groups, including kids, teens, and adults, to ensure everyone can train safely and effectively within their age range.

What should I wear and bring to my first class?

For your first class, we recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move freely, such as a t-shirt and sweatpants. Water is also essential to stay hydrated. After enrollment, you may choose to purchase our school uniform for regular practice.

How often should I attend classes to see progress?

To see steady progress, we recommend attending classes at least twice a week. Regular practice helps improve flexibility, strength, and coordination, and deepens your understanding of Kung Fu techniques. However, the more you practice, the faster you’ll see improvements!
