BOK FU FITNESS

Warm Up:

2 times:

10 inchworms

10 pass throughs with staff (arms straight, staff over head and back)

10 overhead horse stance squats

10 straight leg kicks

10 scorpions

10 back ups

Workout:

For time – 20 minute time limit

150 Double Unders (or sub with 450 singles)

At the top of every minute do 3 bok fu burpees

Notes:

Start the first minute with 3 bok fu burpees. For the remainder of the minute do as many double unders as possible. When the timer beeps for the next minute do 3 more bok fu burpees and the rest of the minute continue with your double unders. Do this until you reach 150 double unders.

Warm Down:

5 minutes partner stretching
