Summer Camp is the BEST!

Mr. Mates lost his first tooth at summer camp on Monday!

If you haven’t been to east west summer camp, you’re missing out. No, I’m not just talking about if you’re a kid. If you’re an adult and haven’t come in to watch the fun that takes place for those 4 weeks of summer, you absolutely have to come and see what Mrs. Buckley has these kids doing. Warm Up:
20 seconds on 10 seconds rest – 4 times each
V Ups
Horse Stance Squat Jumps
Wheel Kick Balance (2 times each leg)
Speed Punches

Workout:
800M Run (or 100 Mountain Climbers)
10 Bok Fu Burpee Box Jumps
30 Double Unders (or single jump and tuck jump)
50 Push Ups with Hand Release
70 Horse Stance Squat with medicine ball throw
800M Run (or 100 Mountain Climbers

Warm Down:
5 minutes partner stretching
