There has been an interesting debate going on in the papers recently about sugar. This first article written last week in the New York Times is titled:

However, not everyone seems to think sugar is bad for you. The Huffinton post ran an article today called SUGAR ISN’T EVIL: A REBUTTAL.
I personally have some strong feelings about an excess of sugar, but I think it’s important to see all sides of the coin and make educated decisions. Enjoy the reads!
Warm Up:
2 times:
Drop Stance/ Hard Bow/ Crane up mat
10 Horse Stance Squats
Inchworms down mat
10 Pass through with staff
Straight Leg Kicks up mat
10 V Ups
Broad Jumps down mat
10 Tuck Jumps
Workout:
4 Rounds – 2:30 each (I minute rest after each round)
200M Run (or 40 Mountain Climbers or 50 jump rope jumps)
25 push ups
As many Sit Ups with cross punches as possible
Notes: Start the clock for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Begin with the 200M Run (or alternative), do 25 push ups and then as many sit ups as possible in the remaining time. Take a 1 minute break and repeat for a total of 4 rounds. Your score is the total number of sit ups over the 4 rounds.
