I posted a video from ted a while ago on vulnerability. This article was inspired by it and has some great insights into the successes achieved from allowing yourself to be vulnerable. It goes right along with master Buckley's talk at the end of the instructor class last night! Workout:
For time:
50-40-30-20-10 – Combo (Jab, Punch, Hook, Uppercut)
15-15-15-15-15 – Horse Stance Squat with Medicine Ball throw
10-20-30-40-50 – Push Up with hand release
Notes: You’ll do 50 combos, 15 HS Squats, 10 Push ups. Then move on to 40 combos, 15 HS Squats, 20 Push Ups…
