I am looking forward to this movie coming out.

I posted a video from ted a while ago on vulnerability. This article was inspired by it and has some great insights into the successes achieved from allowing yourself to be vulnerable. It goes right along with master Buckley's talk at the end of the instructor class last night! Remember, great things happen when you allow yourself to be vulnerable whether it be physically, mentally or emotionally. Enjoy! Vulnerability 101

800M Run

10 inchworms

10 roll backs

10 Silverman squats

10 mountain climbers

10 pass through with staff

Workout:

For time:

50-40-30-20-10 – Combo (Jab, Punch, Hook, Uppercut)

15-15-15-15-15 – Horse Stance Squat with Medicine Ball throw

10-20-30-40-50 – Push Up with hand release

Notes: You’ll do 50 combos, 15 HS Squats, 10 Push ups. Then move on to 40 combos, 15 HS Squats, 20 Push Ups…

Warm Down:

5 minutes ball torture for shoulders
