20 Mountain Climbers

20 Bok Fu Burpees

20 Push Up Planks

30 Seconds Rear Kick Plank (each leg)

30 Seconds Side Kick Plank (each leg)

30 Seconds Clapping Push Ups with Partner


For time

5 times broad jumps up and down mat

15 Bok Fu Burpees

25 Chicken Lunges

35 Box Jumps or Step Ups (or sub for Tuck Jumps)

45 Push Ups

55 Sit Ups with Cross Punches

65 Horse Stance Squat Jumps

75 Wheel Kick Balance

Warm Down:

5 minutes partner stretching
