Advanced Reverse straight leg kicks down mat
10 horse stance squats
Inchworms up mat
10 Sit ups with cross punches
Drop stance/ hard bow/ crane down mat
10 V ups
Workout:

10 Handstand Push Ups (or sub for clapping push ups)
20 Horse Stance Squats with medicine ball throw
30 V Ups
40 Bok Fu Burpees
50 Power Punches on heavy bag (25 each arm)
60 Mountain Climbers
70 Pad Jumps
80 Wheel Kick Balance (40 per leg)
Warm Down:
5 minutes partner stretching for hamstrings/hips
