Here are the kids squad elite kids taking time out from their usual kicking and punching to write about why they love Bok Fu do. One young student wrote, “when I’m at kung fu, I feel special. I don’t feel average and normal like all the other people I know outside of Kung Fu. I feel good about myself in Kung Fu. No one can judge me.”
There is never a dull moment in the instructor workouts! Saturday morning master Buckley went over the finer points of bring a great dummy. To help enhance the instructors understanding, he asked black belts, Mr. Schutzman, Mr. Gray and Mr. Moore, to dummy without being hit. we call it “Ghost Dummying”. Enjoy the short video.
