BOK FU FITNESS
Warm Up:
2 times:
400 M run (or 50 mountain climbers)
10 inchworms
10 Broad Jumps
10 Tuck Jumps
10 Push Ups (slow and controlled)
Workout:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Bok Fu Burpees
Double Unders (one jump, two revolutions with jump rope)
Power punches on heavy bag (with each arm)
V Ups
Notes:
Attempts for double unders count as well. The punches on the heavy bag should be maximum power for each punch.
Warm Down:
5 minutes on foam roller for hips and quads
5 minutes partner stretching for hamstrings
