Bok Fu Stretching #4

Here is the next installment of our bok du stretching series. For all of you that have injured your hamstrings in the past, here is a great video for you.

BOK FU FITNESS

Warm Up:

400M Run (or 150 Jump Rope Jumps)

2 times:

Straight leg kicks up and down mat

Advanced/ reverse Straight leg kicks up and down mat

High Knees up and down mat

Inchworms up and down mat

Broad Jumps up and down mat

Workout:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Bok Fu Burpees

Horse Stance Squat Jumps

Sit Ups with cross punches

Notes:

10 Bok fu Burpees, 10 Horse Stance Squat Jumps, 10 Sit ups with cross punches, then 9 of each, 8 of each…1 of each.

Warm Down:

5 minutes of partner stretching

5 minutes on foam roller for hips/quads (or ball torture)
