BOK FU FITNESS

Warm Up:
10 Inchworms
10 Broad Jumps
10 Scorpions
10 Back Ups
20 seconds on 10 seconds off – 4 times
Sit ups with cross punches
Speed Punches

Workout:
10 Rounds for max reps bok fu burpees
Against a 40 second clock do 30 mountain climbers
For the remaining time do as many bok fu burpees as possible
Rest 20 seconds
Repeat 10 times
