12 Days of Bok Fu Spirit begins TODAY!!!!

Thank you to Mrs. Moore for sending this video. It’s a perfect way to start our 12 days of Bok Fu Spirit! there are some great ideas in this video. Small acts of kindness go a long way and will hopefully be paid forward! Have fun with your first act of kindness today. Warm Up:

400M Run
10 Pass through with staff
10 Scorpions
10 Push Ups with hand release
10 Straight leg kicks
10 Triple Kicks
Inchworms up and down mat
Broad jumps up and down mat

Workout:
AMRAP 4 Minutes
15 Double Unders (or 30 singles)
15 Horse Stance Squats

1 Minute Rest

AMRAP 4 Minutes

15 Push Ups with hand release
