In Person Training

We're excited to welcome students back to live in person classes! We will evaluate where we are at each month and make additions and adjustments to the schedule as needed. Our goal is to help accommodate the needs of our students, and we are committed to continuing to help you get through these unusual times!

How to sign up for class:
We will be using a scheduling program called Acuity. It is very simple to use, no password or login is necessary and it will be fully integrated into our website.

FAQ's:

How many students will be allowed per class?
In order to follow the recommended social distancing guidelines from state and county officials, we will be capping each class.

What should I expect when I arrive?
When students arrive, there will be a designated check-in area before class. At the check-in area, we will ask all students to use hand sanitizer before and after class, and we will have our staff perform a contactless temperature check for everyone's assurance. When class is ready to start, our instructors will guide each student to their designated training space.

Can family and friends watch class?
We know everyone would love to watch class, but to limit the quantity of people gathering we do ask for you to wait in your car. Some of our classes will be held in coned-off parking spaces, so please be careful when pulling up to our school.

What happens if I signup for a class and can't make it?
We understand that in these unusual times things do come up. If you can't make a class you signed up for, we ask that you let us know at least 4 hours before your allotted time. This will allow your spot to be filled by the next student on the waiting list. Due to the unusual times and circumstances, there will be a $25 fee charged per person for any no-show or late cancel.

What should I bring or wear to class?
Even though the class is outside, we require all students to wear their normal East West uniform and belt. Additionally, we highly encourage our students to wear shoes that you are comfortable moving around in. Please bring your own water bottle so you can stay hydrated! Classes will be held under a tented area, so there will be protection from the elements.

Will Zoom classes still be offered?
Yes! We will continue to offer Zoom classes, and the Zoom class schedule will remain unchanged.
You can find a copy of the Zoom schedule here.
If you have any other questions please let us know. Thank you for your patience and continued support!
