Warm Up:
2 times
medicine ball game – 1 minute
10 inchworms
10 straight leg kicks
10 jumping jacks
10 scorpions
partner pushups – 1 minute
Workout:
10 rounds – 90 seconds each
5 Bok Fu Burpees
10 Horse Stance Squats
max rep tuck jumps
Warm Down:
5 minutes partner stretching
