20 seconds on 10 seconds off (4 times) of the following:
Straight Leg kicks up and down mat
Advanced reverse straight leg kicks up and down mat
Inchworms up and down mat
Drop stance/hardbow/crane up and down mat
Workout:
200M Run (or 40 Jump Rope Jumps)
50 Horse Stance Squat Jumps
200M Run (or 40 Jump Rope Jumps)
40 V Ups
200M Run (or 40 Jump Rope Jumps)
30 Broken Bow Jumps
200M Run (or 40 Jump Rope Jumps)
20 Bok Fu Burpees
200M Run (or 40 Jump Rope Jumps)
10 Wheel Kick Balance (each leg)
Warm Down:
5 minutes belt torture for hamstrings/hips
