5 Chicken Lunges
Amrap 4 minutes:
4 Push Up Planks
4 Handstand Push Ups (or clapping push ups as sub)
Amrap 3 minutes:
3 Navy Seal Ups
3 Sit Ups with Cross Punches
Amrap 2 minutes:
Wheel kick balance – each time you drop your leg do 5 tuck jumps
Amrap 1 minute:
Bok Fu Burpees
Warm Down:
5 minutes ball torture everywhere
