It’s time to get back in motion after your holiday break! There’s no better time than the present to get that motivation back. This video should help!
Warm Up:
1 minute run in place (10 second jog/10 second sprint)
10 forward snap kicks each leg
10 rear kicks each leg
10 wheel kicks each leg
straight leg kicks up and down mat
advanced/reverse crescent straight leg kicks up and down mat
inchworms up and down mat
hardbow/broken bow lunges up and down mat
Workout:
100 Mountain Climbers
50 Bok Fu Burpees
100 Sit Ups with Cross Punches
150 Horse Stance Squats
100 Mountain Climbers
Notes: You can break up the BF Burpees, Sit Ups and HS Squats any way you’d like. For example, you could do 10 sets of 5, 10, 15. But you have to start and finish with 100 mountain climbers.
Warm Down:
400 M jog
5 minutes partner stretching
