30 Bok Fu Burpees
then 3 Rounds of:
10 Push Ups
20 V Ups
30 Horse Stance Squats
then
30 Chicken Lunges
Notes:
30 Bok Fu Burpeess to start then 3 rounds of 10,20,30 followed by 30 Chicken Lunges to finish.
