Teen Elite with Master Buckley

Another new addition to the schedule began today. The teen elite class with master Buckley is back on Wednesday nights in Alamo! What an incredible opportunity for these young brown belts to work with our system master!

BOK FU FITNESS WORKOUT

Warm Up:

5 minute warm up routine

3 times:

50 Jump Rope Jumps

10 scorpions

10 inchworms

10 sit ups with cross punches

10 Bok Fu Burpees

Workout:

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:

5 Push Ups with hand release

10 Horse Stance Squat (advanced with medicine ball throw)

15 Pad Jumps

Warm Down:

5 minutes belt stretching for hips and hamstrings
