Po hangs out with East West at the Wind Festival!

Thank you to everyone that came and supported us at the San Ramon wind festival this weekend. our trainees and kid squad kids put on a great demonstration on Monday. Po from Kung Fu panda hung out with us all weekend at the booth and was a huge hit! A couple videos from Po’s activity this weekend will be posted soon. Stay tuned.

Workout:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Horse Stance Squat with Medicine Ball Throw
15-15-15-15-15-15-15-15-15-15 Sit Ups with Cross Punches
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Bok Fu Burpees

Notes: Use as heavy of a medicine ball as possible. The medicine ball throw should not be light.

Warm Down:
5 minutes partner stretching for hamstrings
