Our first San Ramon Jr. Brown Belt!

Master Buckley and the black belts with Mr. Armas and Ms. Jolie after belt board testing on Saturday. Ms. Jolie earned her green belt and Mr. Armas earned his Jr. Brown Belt (our first ever Jr. Brown Belt from the San Ramon school).

1 Minute Horse Stance Squat Jumps
1 Minute V Ups
1 Minute Broken Bow Jumps
1 Minute Bok Fu Burpees

5 minutes Ball Torture
