Olympic Withdrawals

This video gives me goosebumps! I’m going through withdrawals and already miss the Olympics. What an incredible 2 weeks! what was your favorite moment?

Attention those going to Malaysia. Ms. Newman is sending out an email Tuesday, 8/14 with information on Malaysia registration. If you do not receive the email, by the end of the day Tuesday, please send her an email at mnewman@bokfudo.com so she can add you to the list! we will need registration forms to the Alamo school by next Friday, 8/24.

30 Seconds Rear Kick Plank (each leg)

10 Bok Fu Burpees

10 Power Punches on heavy bag
3 Rounds:
10 Handstand Push Ups (or sub with clapping push ups)
10 Box Jumps
3 Rounds:
10 Push Ups Planks
10 Chicken Lunges

Warm Down:
5 minutes belt stretching
