Great picture of Mr. Lee and Ms. Dominguez in their weapon 2 man set competition! Sorry Collin, I had to post it! This division was the day after both Ms. Dominguez and Mr. Lee won their division giving them a spot on the us national Lei Tai team!

BOK FU FITNESS
Warm Up:
5 inchworms
5 roll backs
10 straight leg kicks
10 advanced reverse straight leg kicks
20 seconds jog, 10 seconds sprint – 4 times
20 seconds high knees, 10 seconds tuck jumps – 4 times
Workout:
1 minute max rep V Ups
then
10 minute AMRAP
10 Hardbow/broken bow lunges
10 Push Ups with hand release
10 Horse Stance Squat with medicine ball throw
then
1 minute max rep V Ups
Warm Down:
5 minutes partner stretching
