New Black Belts Coming….November 17th!

We are so excited to announce the black belt presentation date of Ms. Ellett and Mrs. Silverman. They will be awarded their black belts at east west alamo on saturday 11/17 at 2:30 pm. Mrs. Roz Curran will also be awarded her black belt at ko kung fu in San Jose the same morning at 9:00 am. we hope you can make it!!!

BOK FU FITNESS

Warm Up:

2 times:

10 pass through with staff

10 horse stance squat jumps

10 hardbow/ broken bow lunges

30 seconds horse stance stretch

Workout:

AMRAP 12 minutes

60 Double Unders (or single jumps and tuck jumps)

50 Broken Bow Jumps

40 Chicken Lunges

30 Bok Fu Burpees

Warm Down:

5 minutes belt stretching for hamstrings
