some thoughts from master buckley’s letter to collin lee to help you prepare in you last days before the world tournament…
“So, as you go forward to fulfill your dream of winning the world championships, remember these points: maintain a pure heart so you may fully awaken your spirit when the time comes. Fill your mind with only the best thoughts so you may realize supreme clarity of purpose. Spend your time training intelligently so you may develop and harness the necessary skills and the correct habits to apply those skills. Keep company with upbeat, positive people so that your chi isn’t tainted by negative energy. Listen, learn, and practice with perfection so that when the pressure is greatest, you will execute with poise and precision. Drown out the unimportant noise of the masses so you may hear the clearness of your own thoughts. Face your fears so you may gain the courage to first overcome them and then dominate them. Open your eyes to observe the obvious – close them to truly see what is important. Appreciate every step of the process along the way so that you may gain the wisdom that waits for those few who know where to look for it. Revisit these points throughout your training so that when you need them most, these concepts will be the ultimate weapon your opponent has no defense against.”

10 Push Up Planks
10 Roll Back
10 Pull Ups
10 Ninja Pistols (each leg)
10 Pass through with staff
Tabata Hollow Rocks (20 seconds on 10 seconds rest – 8 times)
Workout:
AMRAP 12 Minutes
12 Hardbow Broken Bow Lunges
12 Double Unders (or sub with tuck jumps)
12 Chicken Lunges
Warm Down:
5 minutes belt stretching
