Kid Squad Wisdom

I thought I would share some kids squad wisdom. The assignment: Write a short paragraph about what wisdom means to you, and turn in next Monday.

One of the kid squad members (9 years old) wrote the following:

“Wisdom is the art of being wise. Wisdom isn’t just acing every test. It’s knowing what to do. I know a saying about wisdom, “if you are smart, you know what to say. If you are wise, you know when to say it.”

10 Ninja Pistols (5 per leg)
Bear Crawl up mat
10 Wheel Kick Balance
Crab Walk down mat
10 Scorpions
Straight Leg Kicks up mat
10 Sit Ups with cross punches
Inchworms down mat
10 Bok Fu Burpees

400 Meter Run (Mountain climbers for anyone without shoes)

Workout:
AMRAP 16 Minutes
5 Tuck Jumps
7 Push Ups with hand release
9 V Ups
11 Hardbow/Broken Bow Lunges

Warm Down:
5 minutes partner stretching
