Is it really November already?

It’s hard to believe that we are already in the month of November. We are getting close to wrapping up another year! as we wind down 2011, it’s a good time to take a look back at our goals from the year and see what we still can accomplish. Is there anything left on your list that you can do in these last 2 months?

Warm Up:

400M run (or 100 jump rope jumps)

15 push ups (slow and controlled)

15 scorpions

15 back ups

15 V ups (slow and controlled)

15 Horse stance squats

15 Straight leg kicks

Workout:

10 Rounds

30 Second Horse Stance hold (hold horse stance position)

30 Second Plank (advanced wall plank – with feet on the wall in push up position)

30 Second Bridge

Warm Down:

5 minutes belt stretching
