A big group from east west headed out to see Kung Fu Panda 2 on Saturday! It was a fantastic movie that everyone seemed to really enjoy, almost as much as they enjoyed being inside during the crazy June rainy weather. Thanks everyone for coming out with us! We’re looking forward to Kung Fu Panda 3.

Speed Punches

Workout:
800M Run (or 100 Mountain Climbers)
10 Bok Fu Burpee Box Jumps
30 Double Unders (or single jump and tuck jump)
50 Push Ups with Hand Release
70 Horse Stance Squat with medicine ball throw
800M Run (or 100 Mountain Climbers

Warm Down:
5 minutes partner stretching
