It’s that time of year again! please vote and help make east west recognized in Diablo magazine as the best of the bay. Cast your vote for east west Kung Fu as the best martial arts classes. Warm Up:
Tabata – 20 seconds on 10 second rest (8 times)
Horse Stance Squats
Double Kicks

Workout:
5 Rounds – 3 minutes each
15 Chicken Lunges
15 Broken Bow Jumps
15 Push Ups with hand release
Max Rep Sit Ups with Cross Punches
30 Second rest

Notes: With a 3 minute running clock you will do 15 chicken lunges, 15 broken bow jumps, 15 push ups and then as many sit ups with cross punches as possible in the remaining time. Rest 30 seconds. Repeat 5 times. Your score is your total number of sit ups with cross punches over the 5 rounds.
