Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother’s Day to all of you fantastic moms out there! Just last year we had our first mother receive her black belt (Joyce Maher). Now we have many others on our staff following in her footsteps. So to all of you strong, wonderful bok fu moms out there, keep it up!

1. Yu has been studying at east west for nine years, starting at only 6 years old! He is also a top gun trainee and assists on the kids special squad class. He currently holds a 4th degree jr. brown belt and now, at 15 years old, has published a fictional novel called “memory”.

Brian has competed in the nanowrimo in both 2009 and 2010, and won both years, one with a 50,000 word novel and one with a 72,000 word novel.

Brian knows mandarin Chinese, american English, Spanish, and American sign language.
