Great first day back!

What a fantastic way to get back to bok fu do for the new year! our new class schedule started today with a bang. It was great seeing so many faces back on the mat after the holidays. One exciting new class that began today was our San Ramon kid special squad. This class has been in existence in Alamo for many years, and now we have a new group of San Ramon students that are carrying on the tradition! Welcome to our new San Ramon kid special squad members pictured above with head black belt instructor, Mr. Silverman and assistants.

Warm Up:

5 minute warm up routine

2 times:

10 inchworms

10 scorpions

shoulder stretches with staff

Workout:

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

5 Horse Stance Squats

5 Wheel Kick Balance (each leg)

5 Tuck Jumps

5 Sit Ups with Cross Punches

5 Bok Fu Burpees

Warm Down:

Hamstring partner stretch

Side kick partner stretch

Samson partner stretch

Horse Stance Stretch
