Thank you to everyone that came out to hap Mcgee park on Sunday and joined us for our annual east west picnic. It was great to spend time with so many of you! the USA team also enjoyed all of the pies in their faces and are still working on cleaning the whipped cream off of them. Thanks everyone for your support of the team!

BOK FU FITNESS
Warm Up:
2 times:
400M run (or 100 jump rope jumps)
15 push ups (slow and controlled)
15 scorpions
15 back ups
15 V ups (slow and controlled)
15 Horse stance squats
15 Straight leg kicks
Workout:
10 Rounds
30 Second Horse Stance hold (hold horse stance position)
30 Second Plank (advanced wall plank – with feet on the wall in push up position)
30 Second Bridge
Warm Down:
5 minutes belt stretching
