I hope your day was filled with love yesterday and everyday! This was a short video that made me smile yesterday, so i thought I would share it with you all.
Warm Up:
10 Horse Stance Squats
Straight Leg Kicks up the mat
10 Push Ups
Broad Jumps down the mat
10 Scorpions
Drop stance/ hardbow/ crane stance up the mat
10 Back Ups
Advanced/Reverse Straight Leg Kicks down the mat
Workout:
3 Rounds for time
10 Combo (left roundhouse, left punch, right punch, right roundhouse)
20 Bok Fu Burpees
30 Sit Ups with Cross Punches
40 Wheel Kick Balance (alternate legs each round)
Warm Down:
5 minutes partner stretching for hamstrings/hips/shoulders
