DIY #51 – Time to set some goals!

This is absolutely my favorite time of year. No, it’s not just because of the fantastic food and the time with family and friends. The reason i love this time of year so much is because it’s the time i always use to reflect on the year that is about to pass and take some time to get ready for what’s to come. So this week, i’ll be giving you some posts to take time and think about where you are, where you have been and where you are headed!

New Year’s Resolutions: Always an Up Hill Climb

Warm Up:

800M Run

100 jump rope jumps

1 form from your belt at 75% speed

Workout:

3 Rounds:

15 Horse stance squats (holding medicine ball with arms out straight)

15 Push ups with hand release

15 advanced crescent/ reverse crescent / wheel kick combination on each leg

15 Chicken Lunges

2 Rounds:

15 tuck jumps

15 broken bow jumps

15 Bok Fu Burpees

1 Round:

30 techniques from your belt – all out

Warm Down:

5 minutes on foam roller for back and quads

5 minutes of belt torture of hips and groin
