DIY #45 – Black Belt Additions!

Here are a few pictures from the presentation yesterday! Feel free to post any that you took to comments!

Warm Up:

2 times:

50 Jump Rope Jumps

Drop stance/ hardbow/ crane stance around the mat

Qi Gong exercise #4 (shoulder exercise- if you weren’t at the seminar do your favorite shoulder warm up)

400M Run

Workout:

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

10 Broken Bow Jumps with medicine ball

10 Back Up to V Up

10 Horse Stance Squat with medicine ball throw

10 Push ups with hand release

Warm Down:

Qi gong exercises 1-8 (If you did not do the seminar, take one form from your belt and do it tai ji style, slow motion)
