DIY #44 – What a day!

It was an such an exciting day today! four new black belts is remarkable! I hope it was as motivating and moving for all of you as it was for me. Pictures will follow in the next day or so. Here’s a huge congratulations to Ms. Mannion, Mr. Silverman, Mrs. Maher and Ms. Campbell. Welcome!

Here’s your workout for the day. Time to set some markers for yourself!

Warm Up:

50 Jump Rope Jumps

10 Straight Leg Kicks – each leg

10 Advanced to Reverse Crescent Straight Leg Kicks – each leg

10 Around the Worlds (with staff)

Workout:

1600M (1 Mile) Run for time

Rest for 5 minutes

1 Minute max Push Ups

Rest for 2 minutes

1 Minute max Horse Stance Squats

Rest for 2 minutes

1 Minute max Sit Ups with cross punches

Rest for 2 minutes

1 Minute max Tuck Jumps

Rest for 2 minutes

1 Minute max Bok Fu Burpees

Warm Down:

5 minutes on foam roller for hips and quads

5 minutes belt stretching
