Warm Up:
2 times:
30 Seconds Plank
30 Seconds Rear Kick Plank each side
30 Seconds Side Kick Plank each side
30 Seconds Back Up to V Up
30 Seconds Medicine Ball Twist (balance while sitting with legs out, twist from side to side holding medicine ball)
30 Seconds Mountain Climbers

400M Run
50 Horse Stance Squats
400M Run
50 Push Ups (any type of push up that you want)
400M Run
50 Sit Ups with Cross Punches
400M Run
50 Bok Fu Burpees

Warm Down:
1 minute bridge or attempted bridge
3 minutes lacrosse ball torture for hamstrings and hips
5 minutes on foam roller for hips and quads
