It’s the week of thanksgiving, my favorite holiday of the year! I’m going to give you DIY’s for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday this week to make sure we work off that fantastic food I know we’ll all be eating on Thursday.
Warm Up:
50 sit ups with cross punches
100 kicks (any combination of kicks that you want)
200 jump rope jumps
400 M run
Workout:
15 minutes AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
8 chicken lunges
8 pushups with hand release
8 box jumps/ step ups (or substitute 16 tuck jumps)
Warm Down:
Foam roller on back
Ball torture on hamstrings and hips
