Broom and Dust Pan Technique

Fun day at the Alamo school today! The first pictures and short video are from the blue/green/brown class. Tonight they learned that anything can be made into a weapon with a little creative thinking. And I couldn’t resist putting the last picture in! Master Buckley’s teen elite class always has challenges for the students, but tonight little Poon had a bigger challenge than he bargained for!

BOK FU FITNESS

Warm Up:
2 times:
10 pass through with staff
10 slow push ups (5 count down/5 count up)
10 inchworms (no push up)
10 roll back (Mr. Roland’s video)
10 samson stretch

Workout:
AMRAP 12 Minutes
5 Clapping Pushups (or explosive push ups for modification)
10 Back Up to V Up
15 Horse Stance Squat Jumps
20 Wheel Kick Balance (10 per leg)

Warm Down:
5 minutes belt stretching for hamstrings
5 minutes ball torture for shoulders
