Warm Up:

5 minute warm up routine

10 Horse Stance Squats

5 Inchworms

10 Chicken Lunges

1 minute Partner Push Ups

Horse Stance Squat Jumps, Bok Fu Burpees, V Ups, Broken Bow Jumps

Notes: You will do 10 Horse Stance Squat Jumps, 1 Bok Fu Burpee, 1 V Ups, 10 Broken Bow Jump. Then move on to 9 Horse Stance Squat Jumps, 2 Bok Fu Burpees, 2 V Ups, 9 Broken Bow Jumps….Finish with 1 Horse Stance Squat Jump, 10 Bok Fu Burpees, 10 V Ups, 1 Broken Bow Jump

Warm Down:

All techniques in your belt in slow motion

5 minutes belt stretching for hamstrings
