15 Silverman Squats
For Quality – take as much time as needed on these warm ups, but make sure that they are done with perfect form.
50 pull ups (use the bands if needed)
50 push ups
100 horse stance squats
100 sit ups with cross punches
Workout:
Tabata of the following (20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest – 8 times)
Navy Seal Ups
Push Ups with Hand Release
Horse Stance Squat with medicine ball throw
Warm Down:
5 minutes ball torture eveywhere
