We are closing in on the nationals in Baltimore! This weekend is our final seminar and we'll be covering 2 man sets. Practices will start mid June and look for an email this week with uniform information.

Warm Up:
Straight leg kicks up mat
10 Horse Stance Squats
Inchworms down mat
10 Push Ups
Bear Crawls up mat
10 V Ups
Crab Walks down mat
10 Scorpions

Workout:
Partner Workout – for time
100 – Push Ups with hand release
150 – Horse Stance Squats
200 – Sit Ups with Cross Punches
250 – Wheel Kick Balance

Notes: Only 1 partner can be moving at a time. You can break up the workout any way that you'd like. You do not have to finish all pushups before moving onto the horse stance squats.

Warm Down:
5 minutes partner stretching
