Any ideas who this is doing a brick breaking demonstration?

BOK FU FITNESS

Warm Up:

2 times:

Samson partner stretch (30 seconds each side)

5 inchworms

10 scorpions

5 push ups with hand release

10 horse stance squats

Workout:

On the minute every minute for 10 minutes:

10 sit ups with cross punches

Max number of Bok Fu Burpees

Notes: At the start of every minute you will do 10 sit ups with cross punches and then go right into as many Bok Fu Burpees as possible for the rest of the minute. Your score will be the total number of Bok Fu Burpees you do in the 10 minutes.

Warm Down:

5 minutes of ball torture for shoulders and back
