Workout:
AMRAP 5 minutes:
5 Horse Stance Squat Jumps
5 Chicken Lunges
AMRAP 4 minutes:
4 Push Up Planks
4 Handstand Push Ups (or clapping push ups as sub)
AMRAP 3 minutes:
3 Navy Seal Ups
3 Sit Ups with Cross Punches
AMRAP 2 minutes:
Wheel kick balance – each time you drop your leg do 5 tuck jumps
AMRAP 1 minute:
Bok Fu Burpees
