62 hot dogs in 10 minutes!

I had a private lesson with one of the Lei Tai fighters on Tuesday. She is training for her first tournament in full contact fighting, although she’s been wanting to do this for years. In our talk at the end of our lesson, i realized that in the 10 years i have been teaching her, i have never seen her more happy or excited. It got me thinking about the training that we do for full contact fighting and why it has such a positive effect on those participating. Here’s an article about why exercise makes us feel so good.

Ok, i know this is a 4th of July tradition, but 62 hot dogs in 10 minutes….really?
