ALMOST TOURNAMENT TIME!

The US International Kuoshu Championships are 10 days away! For up to date information on the tournament, take a look at the USKSF website. Our team leaves in a little over a week for the Nationals. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Bok Fu Burpees

5 minutes partner stretching
