We had a visitor at our instructor class on wednesday night. Welcome to Mrs. Curran from ko kung fu in san jose. She’ll be joining mrs. silverman and Ms. Ellett as they finish up their last leg of training for their black belts!

This is a beautiful piece given as a graduation speech this year at the university of pennsylvania from an unlikely speaker. There are some invaluable life lessons for people of all ages. i wish there was a video of this commencement speech to hear the person behind the writing. Enjoy!
